ON HOLD HARDWARE

Phone Messages

Your phone system may need an external player to run a program of Messages On Hold

While most of the latest telephone systems have built-in facilities to replay Messages On Hold, many older designs need to connect an external audio player.

Over the years we have tried and tested just about every make of external player. Now we recommend and supply the remarkable MOH1200.

The MOH 1200 is small in size but big on performance and reliability. This solid state player is easy to operate, and simple for your telephone technician to incorporate into your phone system.

The unit includes a 3-year warranty and is delivered with installation directions, its own power-supply and audio lead.

The MOH 1200 uses a standard USB memory stick or "thumb drive" to store messages and that makes it easy to keep your Messages On Hold program up to date.

To change a message or make an update you have only to down load the revised message to your PC or Laptop and then transfer the revision to the USB memory stick.

After removing the USB "thumb drive" from the MOH 1200 insert it into the PC or Laptop. We will send a link for you to go online and download the new or revised message(s).

When the new messages are recorded on the USB thumb drive put it back into the MOH 1200 and switch on the power. The revised Messages On Hold program will now play over the telephone.

The MOH 1200 features a built-in speaker so you can check that the messages are playing correctly. There is a volume control to set the replay level callers hear over the telephone.
